DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the intake, tracking, and distribution of all marketing project requests
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and follow up on deadlines with internal teams and vendors
- Maintain project management systems and department schedules
- Coordinate communication between marketing, creative, digital, and operations teams
- Track deliverables for advertising, signage, and campaign materials
- Assist with budget and invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support scheduling of meetings, photo/video shoots, and production timelines
- Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
- 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or administrative support required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with workflow or project management software (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.) preferred
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
