DESCRIPTION

• Define, monitor and ensure targets and KPIs for returnable container management
• Account setup for container accounts and new suppliers
• Ensure cooperation with relevant internal and external interfaces to manage returnable container flow and supply such as warehouse operations, etc.
• Manage the returnable container process (empties) and container fleet.
• Error identification alignment with the supplier with to define measures.
• Generate emergency orders and identify root causes through supplier incl. taking measures such as charge back information to interfaces.
• Preparation of complaints process incl. analysis with carriers/suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS
 

• 3+ years of experience inside the industry with knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse operations, Returnable Container Management and/or similar positions
• Supplier management
• Knowledge of OEMs standards
• Cost, penalties and claims management
• Handling of KPIs
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and internal logistics
• Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
• Fluent English
• Position for 3 years
