HOURS:

1st Shift: Hours will be 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required, when necessary.

Order Control Clerk – Responsible for grouping orders, printing orders &

matching orders.  Reports to Admin Supervisor. Must provide full support of the daily operations of the order control department. Identify any escalated or expedited orders in the system that require special handling and address these on a daily basis, any orders that may not have been successfully allocated to their respective fulfillment channel. Ability to resolve open order (backlog) report issues of low to moderate complexity.

Must be able to communicate effectively with management and team players.

Must be a team player. Efficient in Microsoft Office - Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. Must be available to work overtime when necessary.
