Inventory Control Auditor for 135/121

MAC, INC. PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATION STATEMENT:
In the performance of your respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to confirm the following:

POSITION PURPOSE: This is a position that is delegated to work with the Inventory Control Manager and the FedEx Specialist to ensure a periodic audit is performed at each location that has MAC inventory; and validate part quantities, certification and costs are correct and tracked appropriately in our internal systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled audits of MAC inventory at each assigned location.
- Perform inventory counts, parts reconciliation, and adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with the ICM and the FedEx Specialist to ensure proper inventory control is in place
- Ensure that parts and supplies are adequate, stored, maintained properly and available to maintenance personnel to ensure safe operation and the continued airworthiness of MAC aircraft.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures found in Company manuals.
- Demonstrate on a daily basis commitment to the continuous improvement of safety.
- Validate parts adhere to the company Shelf-Life Program.
- Ensure Tools are properly marked and tracked accordingly.
- Assist in compliance with tools and Test Equipment Calibration Program.
- Assist in compliance with FAA requirements for Suspected Unapproved Parts (SUPS).
- Prepare monthly parts reports for the customer and internal departments as needed.
- Assist with parts ordering and sourcing for AOG aircraft with maintenance control.
- Other duties as assigned by the ICM.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous aviation and auditing experience preferred
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to travel for job assignments � 50%
- Be able to stand for prolong periods while performing inventory counts
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: N/A
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
- Company Indoctrination including parts, inventory, and hazmat
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
- Work typically performed in an office environment. However, due to work requirements, may require frequent travel will involve exposure to noise, chemicals, adverse temperatures, and other similar hazards.
