Job Description – Compression

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of compression machines such as Fette and Cadmach.
• Set up machines as per BMR and production requirements.
• Monitor compression parameters (weight, hardness, thickness).
• Perform in-process checks and record results.
• Ensure cleaning and line clearance before and after batch.
• Maintain equipment logbooks and GMP documentation.
• Identify and report machine issues or quality deviations.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines at all times.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of tablet compression process (OSD).
• Hands-on experience with compression machines.
• Understanding of cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Ability to monitor and control process parameters.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Teamwork and discipline in all shifts.
