We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Assistant to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, managing calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage front desk operations, including mail, deliveries, and scheduling
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
Coordinate appointments and meeting room bookings
Provide support to various departments as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree is a plus)
1+ year of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
