What our Service Advisors do -

• Meets dealership sales goals
• Works with customer and technicians to identify required maintenance
• Advises customers on necessary and recommended services
• Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer
• Estimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs
• Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customers

Qualifications -

• MUST have minimum 2 Years' experience at a high-volume dealer
• Displays customer relationship and interpersonal skills and maintains focus on customer satisfaction
• Maintain core knowledge of products and product updates
• Meets deadlines by prioritizing assignments, and multi-tasks under pressure
• Is self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and success driven
• Is team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
• Maintains professional appearance and positive, high-energy presence
• Holds valid driver’s license
• Able to pass background and drug screenings
• CDK experience required
