Job Description
Timeline Ownership: Manage the proposal calendar, ensuring no deadline is ever missed, and
every stakeholder is aware of their milestones.
● Task Assignment: Schedule and manage reviews, assign specific sections to stakeholders, and
proactively encourage contributors to ensure timely completion.
● Proposal Integrity: Take ownership of integrating company-specific information—including legal,
accounting, and policy documentation—into proposals to ensure all administrative requirements
are met with precision.
● Quality Assurance: Manage the final assembly of RFx documents, ensuring they meet all
technical requirements before submission. Perform rigorous final checks on all submissions to
ensure 100% hyperlink functionality, consistent formatting, and adherence to client-specific
submission guidelines

Education
College degree preferred
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business setting.
Strong writing skills and ability to communicate the SweetRush brand in a written tone
Highly organized and able to keep track of multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
