As an AI Intern, support our rapidly growing AI initiatives. This role is ideal for students interested in applied artificial intelligence, prompt optimization, data quality, and real-world enterprise AI deployment. Interns will work closely with our AI, Field, and Business Technology teams to improve AI models, validate data, and help shape the next generation of intelligent tools used across the organization.

This position is for a Summer 2026 Internship, with a start date of May 2026 and an end date of August 2026.

What You�ll Do:

1. Prompt Optimization & Development

  • Create, refine, and optimize prompts used in AI models that support internal tools and business workflows.
  • Conduct iterative testing to measure prompt clarity, bias reduction, and performance.
  • Convert business feedback into enhanced prompt logic and improved model output quality.
  • Document prompt behavior, decision structures, and testing results for transparency and traceability.

2. Data Validation & Quality Assurance

  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business needs.
  • Implement integrity checks to ensure consistent, reliable, and high-quality data feeding AI systems.
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in datasets and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional owners.
  • Support verification processes that validate AI insights before they are used in production environments.

3. Data Integrity & Analysis

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data used to train or supplement AI models.
  • Share insights, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through exploratory data analysis.
  • Help maintain clean, well-structured datasets that serve as the foundation for accurate AI recommendations.
  • Support ongoing initiatives related to market analysis, sales intelligence, documentation quality, or operational optimization.

4. User Training & Enablement

  • Assist with training internal teams on how to use AI tools effectively, including prompting techniques and workflows.
  • Develop training materials such as demos, quick-start guides, or FAQs.
  • Provide guidance to end users based on recurring questions, patterns, and opportunities for better AI usage.

5. Feedback-Driven Prompt Development

  • Gather and interpret feedback from business stakeholders, including Field Teams, Support, and IT.
  • Translate end-user observations into improved prompts, cleaner datasets, or AI workflow modifications.
  • Participate in user-testing sessions to observe model behavior and identify enhancement opportunities.

What You�ll Bring:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (Copilot, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
  • Foundational understanding of data integrity, validation techniques, or statistical analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings in an accessible way.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure Platform, or Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
