81 Oaks Senior Living is a warm, vibrant, and hospitality-driven senior living community in Sarasota. We are looking for a part-time Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our community and support both residents and team members through professional, attentive front-desk service.
Available Shifts
• Thursdays: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
• Saturdays: 8:00am – 8:00pm (or 8:00am–4:00pm / 4:00pm–8:00pm split shifts)
• Sundays: 8:00am – 8:00pm (or 8:00am–4:00pm / 4:00pm–8:00pm split shifts)
About the Role
The Concierge acts as the ambassador of 81 Oaks, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
• Front Desk & Guest Services
• Provide a warm, professional first impression.
• Greet residents, family members, and visitors; manage visitor sign-in.
• Notify residents of guests and follow resident-specific instructions.
• Answer and route phone calls promptly.
• Maintain an orderly lobby environment.
Administrative Support
• Receive and distribute mail; manage outgoing packages.
• Maintain front-desk logs and emergency contact information.
• Assist managers with clerical tasks.
• Page care staff as needed.
• Manage RSVPs, transportation sign-ups, and maintenance requests.
• Perform light housekeeping at the front desk area.
Safety & Communication
• Follow all emergency procedures and safety protocols.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to leadership.
• Communicate professionally with all team members.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year customer service or front-desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and use good judgment.
• Basic computer and phone-system comfort.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening

Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit for long periods.
• Occasional bending and reaching.
• Ability to remain alert and engaged throughout shift.
