We are currently hiring for multiple shifts, including:
First Shift
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Second Shift
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 15% shift differential
- Rotating weekend coverage
Weekend Night Shift
- Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 36-hour schedule, paid for 40 hours
- 20% shift differential
- $3,000 one-time spot bonus after completing your first month on weekends
- Training Requirement for weekend shift:
All new hires will complete training on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) or 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM), Monday–Friday, for up to 6 months before transitioning to their assigned shift. Ask us about the potential for a bonus with this shift!

How You Will Make an Impact
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and repair industrial mechanical equipment such as presses, coaters, slitters, conveyors, wastewater systems, and thermal oxidizers
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
- Learn manufacturing processes and equipment to understand system functionality and performance needs
- Support production through proactive and reactive maintenance activities
- Maintain interior and exterior facility areas in a safe and efficient manner
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks in collaboration with Production and Engineering
- Coordinate wastewater treatment plant operations to meet production demands and reporting requirements
- Participate on Manufacturing teams, Safety Committees, or serve as a designated on‑call contact for security or fire alarm response, as needed
Knowledge and Expertise That Matter Most
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or a related skilled trades field
- U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust suitability, in compliance with our U.S. Government contract requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a regulated manufacturing environment
