Job Description
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. 
  • Ability to read and interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions, blueprints and quality manuals.
  • Ability to program CMM is a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office Software applications, 
  • Proficiency within a recognized ERP system 
  • Be comfortable working within external party internet portals

Desired Skills:

  • Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement
  • Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection
  • Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures
  • Review customer drawing and requirement and provide quality plan
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits
  • Preparing Source Inspection for Aerospace customer
  • Review and prepare NCR/SRD with customer
  • Develop Inspection Plan for NPI
  • Work with Supplier for quality issue.
  • Update Quality work instruction.
  • Train inspector team for specific customer requirement

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • 4+ years' of industry experience. Will Aerospace experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry
  • Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $81,600-$138,700 salaried. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
