Registered Nurse (RN) -- Skilled Nursing -- Weekend Premium – Shenango on the Green

 

New Wilmington, PA – Full- or Part-time; Hourly, Non-Exempt; Full-time, Sat-Sun 12 hours or Part-time, Sat-Sun 8 hours. Full-time status with just 24 hours per week!

 

Starting pay: $45.00 per hour, Weekend Premium Rate

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the clinical and administrative needs of the neighborhood(s). Coordinates and is accountable for the activities of the nursing neighborhood(s). Implements nursing goals through assessment, planning, organizing, and evaluating nursing interventions. Motivates and directs team members to ensure conformity with nursing philosophy and objectives to attain quality resident care.

Requirements for the Registered Nurse:

•     Holds a Registered Nurse license in good standing from the State of PA 

•     Experience in long-term care preferred

•     Self-directed and able to set priorities; excellent time management skills 

•     Desire to contribute to our compassionate, resident-focused culture and effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members
