Duties
You will: Lead coordination of management, operational, and strategic issues for a criminal enforcement program. Coordinate and assess OCEFT's short-and long-term administrative, operational, and program management activities to support strategic goals. Facilitate collaboration and communication among divisions and Agency stakeholders to ensure effective information sharing and execution of program priorities. Serve as the OCEFT Deputy Ethics Official and provide expert advice on ethics matters to verify all OCEFT employees meet ethics requirements. Lead coordination of the protection detail with the Administrator's Office to ensure the Administrator's security needs are met. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
Requirements
#LI-DNI You must meet time-in-grade requirements no later than 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement. This position is designated as High Risk and requires a background investigation. Unless an appropriate background investigation is already on record with the Office of Personnel Management, you must undergo a background investigation. All conditions of the pre-employment security process must be met before an official letter of employment can be issued with a report for duty date. You will be required to obtain and maintain a top-secret security clearance. If you are selected, you will be required to complete a Confidential Financial Disclosure form within 30 days of your first day of employment and annually thereafter. Pre-employment drug testing is required and random testing thereafter.
Qualifications
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as providing leadership, oversight, or expertise for a criminal enforcement program; advising and coordinating sensitive information among multiple offices and high-level officials; managing an ethics program; and preparing and delivering briefings, reports, and/or presentations. You will need the following competencies in order to perform the duties of this position successfully: Attention to Detail Communications Security Management Consultation* Criminal Investigation Integrity/Honesty Manages and Organizes Information* Strategic Thinking Written Communication* *You will be evaluated on these critical competencies.
