Description

Part-Time, Varied Hours

Under the direction of the Dietary Manager, coordinates and prepares meals in accordance with established policies and procedures and dietary requirements.  May supervise associated staff and inmates.

Requirements

Duties require knowledge of food preparation and distribution equivalent to completion of high school diploma, plus additional courses from a two-year college or technical school and one to three years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
