Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? You’ll be the go-to link between customers, dealers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth after-sales service and happy customers. This isn’t just administration — you’ll be hands-on, solving problems and making an impact every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive after-sales and campaign repairs, providing standout support across phone, email, and online channels, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
  • Coordinate suppliers and internal teams to deliver efficient, cost-effective repairs, and keep the Aftersales & Recall Department running smoothly.
  • Champion workplace health and safety for customers and colleagues alike.

About You

  • Outstanding customer service skills, with clear communication, strong organisation, and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Confident using Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or service roles (such as Service Receptionist, Parts Interpreter, or Service Coordinator) is valued.
  • Technical know-how about motor vehicles and RVs (bonus if you know Apollo brands or have RV lifestyle experience).
  • Energetic, detail-focused, skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution, and devoted to creating positive customer experiences.
