The Account Coordinator, Growth plays a critical role in how Allison shows up to win. This role is responsible for building best-in-class credentials materials, maintaining the firm’s knowledge base, and ensuring our growth engine runs on accurate, accessible and actionable information.

 

This is a highly detail-oriented, executional role with real impact, supporting new business efforts, enabling teams across the organization and helping ensure the agency presents a clear, compelling and consistent story in every pitch.

Develop Credentials & Pitch Materials

  • Build and update credentials decks for new business opportunities and proactive pitches
  • Tailor materials to align with prospect needs, sectors and opportunity context
  • Ensure all materials reflect Allison’s latest capabilities, positioning and proof points

Own Knowledge Management

  • Maintain and continuously update the central repository of:
    • Case studies
    • Biographies and team credentials
    • Capabilities decks and modular content
  • Ensure materials are easy to find, current, and consistently formatted across the organization
  • Support global access and adoption of materials across regions and practices

Manage Growth Data & HubSpot Hygiene

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in HubSpot, including:
    • Opportunities and pipeline tracking
    • Vetting scoring across multiple dimensions
    • Win/loss data and reasons
    • Contact and company records
  • Support reporting by ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Help enforce best practices for CRM usage across the Growth and Client Experience teams

Support Data Collection & Analysis

  • Gather and organize data related to pipeline performance, pitch activity and outcomes
  • Identify patterns in win/loss trends and contribute to insights that improve performance
  • Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for Growth leadership

Enable the Growth Team

  • Support pitch teams with materials, logistics, and coordination as needed
  • Help ensure teams have access to the latest assets (bios, case studies, boilerplate copy)
  • Contribute to improving processes and workflows that drive efficiency and quality
  • This is an entry level position for a recent university graduate (BA or BS required) with at least one internship in the PR or marketing space
  • Experience with PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and identifying patterns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, self-starter mentality with a willingness to take ownership

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $45K to $55K, plus overtime. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
