About the team
The role belongs to the Performance Analytics division in SOCOPAC (Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, Central America, Uruguay, Paraguay and Chile), focused on driving data-driven decision making and commercial excellence.
The Performance Analytics team is responsible for building and scaling advanced data and analytics capabilities. It supports execution teams and develops data-driven tools that generate competitive advantage, especially at the point of purchase and across digital channels.
The team works with internal experts and external partners, building data products, managing services and enabling best-in-class analytics solutions.
About the job
The Growth Performance System Specialist supports the transformation of commercial operations through the implementation of centralized and scalable data systems, enabling better data governance, automation and advanced analytics across the organization.
Execute global and regional data initiatives that enable advanced analytics and strengthen commercial and marketing decision-making.
Design, build and implement scalable data solutions and data systems that enable the organization to meet current and future data needs. This includes data collection, transformation, integration and analytics capabilities to improve efficiency and data quality.
Act as a business partner, collaborating with LATAM, SOCOPAC and local teams including Data Management, IT, BI, Sales, Marketing and Digital, ensuring alignment between business needs and data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement data engineering and data management initiatives within the Growth Performance hub in Consumer Healthcare for SOCOPAC.
Design and develop scalable data pipelines and architectures that integrate multiple data sources into centralized platforms such as data lakes and data warehouses.
Implement data transformation processes (ETL/ELT) using SQL and Python to ensure reliable, efficient and scalable data workflows.
Ensure data quality, consistency and governance across different systems, aligning with regulatory, privacy and cybersecurity requirements.
Integrate and manage data from multiple sources including CRM systems, commercial data, point of sales, healthcare professionals, digital channels and third-party providers such as IQVIA and Nielsen.
Support the deployment and evolution of commercial systems such as CRM platforms, ensuring proper data integration and usability.
Support business operations by providing reliable data solutions and internal customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Develop and maintain data products and solutions that support commercial excellence initiatives across the region.
Develop and maintain self-service analytics solutions (e.g. Power BI dashboards) to enable business users to access insights efficiently.
Generate actionable insights by enabling advanced analytics capabilities and supporting business decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to align data solutions with business needs.
Continuously improve data processes, tools and architectures, adopting modern technologies and best practices.
Mentor junior team members when applicable and contribute to team capability building.
About You
Experience & Technical Skills:
4-5 years of experience in data engineering, data management or similar roles.
Strong experience working with SQL, preferably in modern platforms such as Snowflake.
Experience with Python for data processing and transformation.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
Experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI (preferred), Tableau or similar.
Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Airflow and GitHub.
Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (S3, Glue or similar services).
Understanding of data integration, data modeling and data architecture concepts.
Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating complex datasets.
Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot or similar is desirable.
Experience with Informatica or similar enterprise tools is a plus but not required.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting business stakeholders.

Education:
Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a data focus, or related fields.
Postgraduate studies in data, analytics or architecture are desirable, but not mandatory.
Languages:
English intermediate to advanced level required, with ability to communicate with global stakeholders.
