Execution of global preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all production equipment and facilities, minimizing equipment failures. Implements maintenance programs and coordinates the activities of the technical personnel under their supervision.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage, lead, and coordinate the repair work of plant machinery and equipment.
• Evaluate the efficiency of the maintenance program.
• Establish records and perform analysis of equipment and facility failures.
• Develop and adjust procedures to control or effectively eliminate equipment failures.
• Define and manage human resources to successfully meet established objectives and goals.
• Work collaboratively with production support departments to maintain a high level of equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Plan work assignments related to preventive and corrective maintenance or installation projects.
• Demonstrate commitment by guiding and supporting personnel under their supervision to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality system.
• Promote and communicate the results and/or effectiveness of their processes, as well as any actions and/or reaction plans when applicable.
• Meet the quality objectives of the position and the company’s strategic goals.
• Comply with quality system guidelines.
