What you'll do

As our Senior Product Marketing Specialist, you'll solve the challenge of helping investors clearly understand, trust, and choose Mintos products in an increasingly competitive and regulated European investment market. Your focus will be product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and customer insight, which means crafting strategic messaging and narratives, leading launches end-to-end across multiple teams, and translating customer and market insights into roadmap influence and business impact. You'll work with Product, Brand, Marketing, and Compliance teams to shape how Mintos products are brought to market and understood by investors across Europe. Along the way, you'll help us take our product marketing function to the next level.

You will:

  • Define and evolve product positioning, messaging, and storytelling frameworks for Mintos investment products.

  • Own go-to-market strategy and execution for launches across your product scope.

  • Run regular customer research, interviews, and market analysis to uncover insights and influence roadmap decisions.

  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Brand to align product communication with customer needs and business strategy.

  • Translate complex investment mechanics into clear, trustworthy, and regulator-friendly messaging across channels.

  • Lead cross-functional launch workstreams involving Product, Brand, Lifecycle, Design, Content, Support, Compliance, and Marketing teams.Your professional skills and background

Must-haves

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with hands-on ownership of product positioning, messaging frameworks, GTM strategy, customer research, and launch management end-to-end for a product area.

  • Strong understanding of customer insight synthesis, storytelling, and regulated communication environments.

  • Experience working closely with compliance and legal teams. You've shipped messaging and launches that had to clear scrutiny, and you know how to do it without dulling the story.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without org-chart authority, and manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

  • A genuine interest in investing. You follow markets, you can talk to investors as one of them, and you are excited to help scale Mintos from seven asset classes to a full multiasset platform.

  • First level higher education in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.

  • Fluent English.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in fintech, banking, asset management, payments, or another regulated/complex consumer category. You will get up to speed faster.

  • Experience marketing for an investment platform, brokerage, robo-advisor, neobank with investing features, or asset manager.

  • Familiarity with alternative asset classes (private credit, fractional bonds, structured products) or cross-border EU distribution.

  • Additional European language skills.
