  3. Deliver Direct Support: Provide care in diverse settings including in the home, school, and community, in compliance with agency standards.

  4. Collaborate for Success: Partner with treatment teams, supervisors, educators, clinicians, families, and community stakeholders to build comprehensive treatment plans. Meet with assigned Therapist for weekly case consultation, training, and guidance.

  5. Documentation: Accurately complete all required documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system in compliance with agency standards.

  9. Lead with Initiative: Identify challenges and proactively seek solutions that benefit youth and families.

  10. Engage in Growth: Participate in regular supervision, coaching, and ongoing training to enhance your impact.
