Tiger Analytics is looking for experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst to join our fast-growing advanced analytics consulting firm. We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Trintech Frontier (Fiserv), experience leading system upgrades and deployments, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, application lifecycle experience, and hands-on involvement in testing and release processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for system enhancements and upgrades
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Support application upgrades, system deployments, and release management activities
  • Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows in Jira
  • Coordinate and execute testing efforts (SIT/UAT), ensuring system stability and quality
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot system-related issues
