MSW – 2026–2027 School Year
Full-Time W2 | School-Based | Seattle, Washington (On-Site)

You became a social worker to make an impact — let's make that impact where it matters most.

At Thrive Therapies, we place licensed mental health professionals like you in K–12 schools across under-resourced communities, because we believe every student deserves access to expert, compassionate support. We're not your typical healthcare company. We're a mission-driven team committed to an employee-first culture and a powerful community of educators, providers, and change-makers

Why Social Workers Love Working with Us:
  • Caseloads designed for quality, not overload
  • Clinical supervision and support from licensed clinical leads
  • Ten paid hours annually toward licensure maintenance
  • Predictable and consistent school-based hours
  • Collaborative IEP and student support teams
  • Shared resource library — no need to start from scratch
  • 30+ paid days off, including all school breaks
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • 12 weeks fully paid parental leave (after 1 year of employment)
  • Referral and performance bonus eligibility

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
  • Successful background check before employment begins
  • K–12 school-based experience preferred
  • Commitment to culturally responsive care and educational equity
  • Bonus points for fluency in a global language (Spanish, Somali, or Arabic)

Compensation:
W2: $100-$125,000 annually

What Makes Us Different:
We center you, the provider. Whether you’re leading a small counseling group, partnering with a teacher on classroom strategies, or helping a student navigate trauma, we’re here to help you thrive. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with our counselors and school partners to make sure you’re supported, respected, and never alone.

Our Mission:
Thrive is on a mission to revolutionize the care of children with disabilities. We provide results-driven services and intelligent tools to support children’s development, well-being, and health. At the heart of this mission are the people who change the trajectories of children’s lives. We work for them.
