POSITION SUMMARY
The Corporate Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist will work on our talent acquisition efforts and create seamless onboarding experiences for new hires. This role is responsible for sourcing top talent, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and designing and delivering effective onboarding programs to set hosts up for success from day one.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Property Support Center roles across teams, including interview training, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer process.
- Connect and build relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, employee referrals, and other channels to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Facilitate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback collection to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Own and manage the PSC internship program, including program design, university partnerships, recruitment, onboarding, and overall intern experience.
- Develop and build a military recruitment strategy and program, translating military skills to business needs, establishing partnerships, and creating pathways for veteran talent into the organization.
Onboarding
- Work in coordination with teams to continuously improve the new hire onboarding experience from pre-hire through the first 90 days.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics including orientation scheduling, and items associated with the onboarding checklist.
- Develop and facilitate onboarding sessions (virtual and in-person) to help new hires connect with company culture, values, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure readiness for each new hire’s start date.
- Partner with properties to administer standardized new host orientation materials and support consistent delivery across locations.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate recruiting and/or onboarding including, conducting preliminary cultural interviews
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and onboarding principles.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
