Job Description

Rattlesnake Harley-Davidson a RideNow Powersports Company is seeking a Sales Manager to join the largest powersports organization in the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement & execute retail best practices to drive company sales objectives.
  • Support all sales department-related activities: desk management to include deal structuring, presenting numbers, closing deals, daily sales meetings, sales process training, showroom floor, and inventory management.
  • Hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of sales teams.
  • Ensure that all sales teams meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, and closes.
  • Lead Daily Sales Meetings
  • Ensure all staff are trained in accordance with the training programs provided.
  • Assist with setting aggressive, yet realistic monthly sales goals
  • Ensure customer care and satisfaction by ensuring best practices and promptly resolving customer concerns/questions
  • Identify any daily variances in key performance indicators and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Manage new and pre-owned inventory
