Job Description

Compensation starting at: $15.00 - $20.30/hr based on experience.

Still Hopes is a premier continuing care retirement community, offering amenities that inspire aging adults to achieve their personal best. We foster a culture of excellence, offer competitive pay, insurance, PTO, and matching 401(k)!

Our landscaping team plays a vital role in enhancing the beauty of our campus and enriching the daily lives of our residents. As part of the Still Hopes family, landscapers make a visible and meaningful difference every day—helping to create a vibrant, welcoming environment for all who live and work here.

This position involves a wide range of grounds and landscaping tasks across our beautiful campus. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with landscaping, particularly in irrigation systems, and be proficient in operating mechanical equipment such as zero-turn lawn mowers. Responsibilities include maintaining turf grass, performing irrigation system repairs and maintenance, identifying trees, shrubs, and perennials, practicing proper pruning techniques, and managing plant pests and diseases. We are looking for someone eager to learn all aspects of landscaping, who enjoys working outdoors year-round, and who holds a valid driver’s license. At Still Hopes, we value diversity and take pride in fostering an inclusive workplace—our team is made up of individuals from many different ethnic and cultural backgrounds, all working together to keep our campus vibrant and well-maintained.
