Receptionist - Redmond Ridge ROA (Redmond, WA)
Our beautiful Redmond Ridge ROA community is seeking a full-time Receptionist. Benefits available for this on-site position with a Monday through Friday schedule.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 year of admin and/or reception experience required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while handling various interruptions.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a keen focus on resident experience.
- Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Job Duties:
- Serve as the primary front desk receptionist, greeting visitors, residents, board members, vendors, and guests in a professional, welcoming manner while maintaining a positive and organized reception area.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls efficiently, directing inquiries, providing information, and resolving routine issues promptly.
- Respond to emails and other communications from homeowners, board members and team members in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide administrative support to the site team, including preparing documents, maintaining records, scheduling meetings/appointments, and assisting with various office projects.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with homeowners/residents and board members, addressing concerns professionally and courteously.
- Support overall community operations by maintaining accurate records, processing routine request, and contributing to a smooth, resident-focused environment.
