How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and develop a team of Digital Supervisors to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets
- Motivate individuals to maximize opportunities and drive sales strategies within the call center
- Monitor daily activities and sales performance to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Oversee achievement of revenue goals, including connects, upgrades and additional revenue-generating units
- Foster interdepartmental relationships to align on Spectrum initiatives
- Address customer complaints and escalations efficiently to uphold customer satisfaction
- Respond promptly to customer and employee inquiries while adapting to a structured, pay-for-performance environment
Working Conditions
- Office environment with variable hours
- Five-day workweek must include one weekend day

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 5+ years of call center management experience
- 1+ year of call center sales manager experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to collaborate with others to resolve problems and handle requests or situations
- Ability to work seated for prolonged periods
- Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services
