Looking to drive sales performance in a fast-paced environment while mentoring future leaders? Join Spectrum as a Manager of Residential Digital Sales, where you’ll coach and develop supervisors within a dynamic Call Center Sales setting, ensuring your team exceeds established sales goals and elevates the customer experience. Your leadership will directly shape Spectrum’s success in digital sales.

How You’ll Make an Impact   

  • Lead and develop a team of Digital Supervisors to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Motivate individuals to maximize opportunities and drive sales strategies within the call center
  • Monitor daily activities and sales performance to ensure quality standards are maintained
  • Oversee achievement of revenue goals, including connects, upgrades and additional revenue-generating units
  • Foster interdepartmental relationships to align on Spectrum initiatives
  • Address customer complaints and escalations efficiently to uphold customer satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to customer and employee inquiries while adapting to a structured, pay-for-performance environment

Working Conditions   

  • Office environment with variable hours
  • Five-day workweek must include one weekend day

Required Qualifications   

 

Education  

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Experience   

  • 5+ years of call center management experience
  • 1+ year of call center sales manager experience

Skills   

  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Ability to collaborate with others to resolve problems and handle requests or situations
  • Ability to work seated for prolonged periods
  • Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services
