We are currently seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to serve children ages birth to three in Johnson Creek and Dodge County
This flexible, part-full time opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact during a child’s most critical developmental years. You will work closely with families to promote motor development, mobility, and functional independence within the child’s natural environment.

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct developmental physical therapy evaluations for infants and toddlers
- Develop individualized IFSP-aligned treatment plans
- Provide direct early intervention services in natural environments (home and/or community settings)
- Address gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, posture, and mobility
- Coach and educate families to support carryover in daily routines
- Collaborate with service coordinators and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete documentation in accordance with county and state guidelines
Qualifications:
- Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
- Pediatric and/or Birth to 3 experience preferred
- Strong communication and family-coaching skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Passion for supporting children and families during early developmental stages
