Job Summary


The Compliance Office is hiring a part-time (maximum of 29 hours per week) Compliance Coordinator who is responsible for providing administrative, programmatic, and operational support to institutional compliance activities. This position will assist with compliance tracking, documentation, training coordination, and data management to support adherence to federal, state, and institutional requirements.


Job Duties



  • Assist with tracking compliance requirements, deadlines, and evidence using spreadsheets, databases, and shared systems. 

  • Maintain organized compliance files, records, and documentation for audits, reviews, and reporting. 

  • Provide administrative support for compliance training, including scheduling, tracking participation, and maintaining records.

  • Assist with drafting routine compliance communications, reminders, and follow-up messages.

  • Support data collection and basic reporting related to compliance activities.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to request or collect compliance-related information.

  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Compliance Office. 


Minimum Qualifications


High school diploma or equivalent required.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications


• Associate’s degree.
• Experience in administrative, compliance, higher education, or a related office.
• Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, or document management systems.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
