What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform residential plumbing services like a pro

  • Solve customer problems quickly, professionally, and with a smile

  • Deliver exceptional service to every client

  • Complete paperwork accurately and on time

  • Communicate with dispatch to keep the team running smoothly

  • Maintain company tools, vehicles, and property with care

  • Collect payments professionally and efficiently


What We’re Looking For

  • Journeyman or Master Plumber with 3–4 years of residential plumbing experience

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with homeowners

  • Own hand tools and a team-player attitude

  • Experience diagnosing, servicing, and repairing plumbing systems

  • Physically capable of lifting, balancing, crawling, and working in enclosed spaces

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. with a high school diploma or equivalent
