Location: Downtown Fort Myers, Florida
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Schedule: Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays

About Us:
Izzy’s Fish & Oyster is a lively, coastal-inspired seafood restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Fort Myers. We’re known for our fresh oysters, New England-style seafood, and warm hospitality. We’re looking for a dedicated Busser to join our front-of-house team and help keep service smooth, clean, and guest-focused.

Job Summary:

As a Busser at Izzy’s, you play a key role in supporting the servers and keeping the dining room clean, organized, and ready for every guest. Your work helps create a seamless dining experience that keeps guests coming back. If you take pride in hustle, teamwork, and attention to detail, this is a great entry point into the restaurant world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently

  • Refill water glasses and assist with basic guest requests when needed

  • Maintain cleanliness of floors, chairs, windows, and service stations

  • Help restock supplies (napkins, silverware, condiments, etc.) as needed

  • Assist servers and hosts in maintaining an organized and welcoming dining room

  • Support back-of-house team with occasional food running or trash removal

  • Assist the bar team with restocking beer, wine, and liquor as needed

  • Follow all sanitation and safety procedures

  • Always maintain a clean, presentable appearance and positive attitude

Qualifications:

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required

  • Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a busy environment

  • Team player who takes direction well and communicates clearly

  • Reliable and punctual with good time management

  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
