What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Peer Support Mobile Responder, you’ll be the friendly, professional face responding to individuals in crisis—both in the community and in their homes. Your role will include:

  • Providing crisis intervention services and support for patients and families.

  • Helping patients access community resources and develop safety and recovery plans.

  • Collaborating with law enforcement, EMS, hospitals, and Prairie View staff to ensure safety and effective care coordination.

  • Engaging patients in strength-based, recovery-focused activities.

  • Documenting interventions, attending meetings, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Supporting individuals of all ages, from children to adults, across a variety of community settings.
