Pierson Computing Connection, Inc., is a woman-owned technology services company headquartered in Mechanicsburg, PA. We specialize in ProAVL design and installation, AVL installation, configuration services, hardware sales, and IT deployment for our customers located throughout the East Coast.

Job Responsibilities
· Install audio, video, and lighting systems.
· Handle and lift equipment up to 75 lbs.
· Work at heights and climb ladders.
· Willing to travel overnight up to four or five nights a week to complete installations.
· Utilize power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently.
· Drive company vehicles.
Position Summaries
Team Lead (Full-time)
Supervise AVL technicians, primary onsite contact for customers, team members, and project managers, and ensure project plans are executed according to scope, schedule, and quality standards. Includes Tech 1 and 2 responsibilities.
AVL Installation Tech 2 (Full-time)
Assist team leads in project execution and assume “acting” onsite team lead responsibilities. Includes Tech 1 responsibilities.
AVL Installation Tech 1 (Full-time)
Participate in AVL installation projects, including equipment mounting, device setup, and cable management.
AVL Installation Apprentice (Minimum 30 hours a week "Part-time 30")
Assist other installation techs in AVL projects, assembling carts, and cleaning company vehicles and work areas.
Minimum Qualifications
· Three or more months of professional AVL installation experience (none required for an Apprentice position).
· Class C (passenger vehicle) driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Pass a pre-employment drug test and Federal Criminal History, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record, and Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Certification background checks.
Preferred Qualifications
· Familiarity with power tools and hands-on work.
· One year or more of experience in a field that requires physical skill (construction, contracting, technical installation, etc.), preferably with installing Audio, Video, or Lighting equipment.
· CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D certifications preferred, but not required, for all positions.
· DOT or CDL driving licenses/certifications.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay range based on experience: $18-$20 Apprentice; $19-$22.50 Tech 1; $21-$27 Tech 2; $25-$32 Tech Lead.

· Paid time off starting at 152 hours a year/19 days a year for full-time positions. Part-time 30 positions receive 91 hours per year. Begin accruing on day one.
