- Monitor campus entry through the security system and manage visitor access
- Check visitors in and out according to school safety procedures
- Manage student attendance tasks, including tardy check-ins and early dismissals
- Respond to parent emails and assist with general office communication
- Post announcements and updates via internal communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
- Maintain organization of lost and found items
- Assist students with personal needs (e.g., clothing changes, minor accidents)
- Provide basic first aid (ice packs, bandages) for minor injuries
- Assess students who are feeling unwell and coordinate with the school nurse as needed
- Offer encouragement and emotional support to students, fostering a positive environment
- Assist teachers with copying, preparation, and classroom materials
