Job Description:Due to our continued global expansion, bet365 is seeking a Payroll Officer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team in Gibraltar. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful global gaming business, where accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement are key.
As a Payroll Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll across multiple regions. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external providers, supporting the full payroll lifecycle while maintaining compliance with local and international regulations.
We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being and work-life balance. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, either 09:00 – 17:30 or 09:30 – 18:00. Following the completion of the initial training period, there is an opportunity to transition to a four-day work week (07:30 – 18:00).

Qualifications:- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent numeracy skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
- Working knowledge of payroll processes and accounting principles.
- Ability to manage workloads and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Processing weekly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees across various jurisdictions.
- Investigating and resolving payroll queries, liaising with managers and stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
- Understanding and applying payroll rules relating to sickness, holidays, benefits in compliance with Company policies and statutory requirements.
- Managing the end-to-end payroll process, including starters, leavers and salary changes.
- Coordinating with external payroll providers for processing payroll and benefits administration.
- Monitoring and managing the end-to-end payroll email inbox ensuring timely responses and actions.
- Tracking and processing expenses and Benefits in Kind (BIK).
- Responding to employee payroll queries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Supporting audits and year end payroll processes.
- Providing occasional support to Purchase Ledger and Accounts functions.
