LIDDA Contract Monitor Analyst

MHMR is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Sr. Staff Accountant to join our team. 

The LIDDA Contract Monitor Analyst is responsible for overseeing the monitoring and evaluation of LIDDA contractual agreements to ensure compliance with applicable legal, financial, and operational requirements. This position serves as the subject matter expert on LIDDA contract requirements for both internal agency providers and external providers. The role involves detailed analysis of contract terms, conditions, and supporting documentation to verify accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational policies and regulatory standards. The Contract Monitor Analyst integrates contract management, audit, and coordination functions to identify risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement, and to support effective contract performance.

 







Minimum Education: Associate degree

Defined Education: Business, Legal, Administration, Healthcare or a closely related field

Preferences: Bachelor’s degree in public administration, Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration

Substitutions: An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered, including a High School Diploma/GED with a Paralegal Certificate and 2 years’ experience in a legal, compliance or administrative environment

Years’ Experience: Up to two (2) years of relevant experience

Defined Experience: Experience in contract development and negotiation, financial oversight, compliance monitoring, auditing, legal matters, data-driven project or program management, OR evaluation of program or project performance

License/Certifications: Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
