Gunstock is currently seeking applications for Winter Grounds Security. This position, under the guidance of the Security Team Leader and Grounds Manager, involves assisting with various responsibilities of Gunstock's security team while ensuring tasks are performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with resort guidelines, as well as state and local laws.

General Accountabilities:

• Conduct regular patrol rounds, lock up, conflict resolution, emergency response plan execution, and safety compliance.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and regulations on the property.
• Collaborate with external law enforcement when necessary.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and guests to address safety or conduct issues, reporting all incidents to supervisors.
• Operate surveillance systems and conduct investigations on lost or stolen property.
• Provide detailed nightly reports via computer and prepare specific incident reports as required.
• Adhere to local, federal, and state laws.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand and walk regularly, and occasionally lift and/or move 25+ lbs.
• Subject to a post-offer background check.
