Responsibilities -
Gather and analyze business requirements for demand planning, and production scheduling
Configure WMS modules to meet client requirements
Optimize inventory processes including receiving, picking, putaway, cycle counting, and shipping
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order fulfillment, shipping execution, and promise accuracy
Support integration of Oracle WMS with Oracle Inventory and other ERP modules
Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for end-users on WMS, Oracle Inventory functionalities
Prepare detailed documentation, including functional design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals
