Summary



Responsible for managing profitability and crew production on repair, service, and inspection projects as required to successfully complete the project on schedule. Provides guidance and resolves installation and service conflicts to maintain installation and service schedules, productivity, and profitability.



 



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.




  • Develop and update weekly, 3-month, and 6-month job schedules, tracking project schedules, including start date, end dates, test dates, and all other milestones.

  • Hire and supervise field crews and coordinate schedules, managing labor hours and costs

  • Coordinate material deliveries, delivery and pick up of installation equipment, and monitor all job-related costs.

  • Conduct site visits and coordinate inspections and test dates.

  • Represent the company in meetings with general contractor, owner, property manager, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and regulatory agencies for project schedules, test dates, progress reports, change orders, or other information.

  • Manage multiple projects and make recommendations in response to changing conditions to meet contract schedules.

  • Complete and maintain truck tool inventories.

  • Administer good construction safety practices and comply with all site-specific and company safety standards and reporting of accidents and injuries timely.



 



Education and/or Experience 



High school diploma and 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. NICET Certification a plus.
