Built Different

Jet Access is a family-owned, professionally operated private aviation company. Everything private aviation lives here: aircraft management, charter, maintenance, sales, flight training, FBO services, and charter brokerage. We were the first to bring every sector of private aviation under one brand, and the best of what we are building is still ahead of us.

But here is what you really need to know: the energy at Jet Access is different, and you will feel it from day one. We move with purpose and intensity, thinking strategically, acting decisively, and tackling challenges head-on. This is not a place for coasting. We expect excellence, ownership, and the drive to do things right even when it is harder. We push hard because we genuinely want to elevate the lives of our clients, our aircraft owners, and the people right next to us. Growth is not just happening around us. We are driving it together.

Bring your energy, your expertise, and your commitment to excellence and expect us to meet you with the same. You will have a voice, a real seat at the table, and the opportunity to grow in a company that is genuinely invested in your future. Expect it all.

Our Core Values

  •      Safety First. Above all else, we operate with the safety of our Team Members, clients, and guests as our top priority. No exceptions, no shortcuts.
  •      Do the Right Thing for the Long Term. We act ethically, think strategically, and make decisions built for the future. Our Team Members are empowered to choose the harder right over the easier wrong.
  •      Take Care of Each Other. When we take care of our people, our people take care of our clients and each other. We show up, listen first, and lift each other up.
  •      Relationships Matter. Our relationships with Team Members, clients, vendors, and the communities we serve are the foundation of our success. We keep our word and build trust one interaction at a time.
  •      Maintain Positivity. We celebrate wins, lift each other up, and bring optimism and solutions to every challenge. The energy we create together is a choice, and we choose well.

Your Competitive Edge

  • This position offers a starting hourly rate of $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience, paid bi-weekly.
  • Overtime is paid for all hours worked over 40 hours per week.
  • This position is classified as FLSA Non-Exempt.

Our commitment to “Take Care of Each Other” shows up in everything we offer: generous benefits, competitive wages, paid vacation and holidays, excellent training programs, and discounted flight training. You will join a tight-knit family where leadership is compassionate, transparent, and empowers you to achieve success, both for the business and your personal growth.

Where You Make Your Mark

The Line Service Supervisor leads the day-to-day operations of the ramp and FBO ground support team, ensuring safe, efficient, and client-focused service at every aircraft arrival and departure. This role is the frontline leader on shift, setting the pace and standard for how Jet Access shows up on the ground. The Line Service Supervisor plays a direct role in protecting safety, maintaining operational readiness, and delivering the experience that clients and aircraft owners expect from Jet Access.

  •      Perform and coordinate winter weather operations including snow removal, runway and braking action inspections, and NOTAM issuance as needed.
  •      Identify and immediately address any ramp condition, equipment issue, or behavioral pattern that creates risk to Team Members, clients, aircraft, or facilities.

Client and Guest Experience

  •      Deliver concierge-level ground service to every client and crew member, anticipating needs and resolving issues before they become problems.
  •      Provide ground transportation for flight crews and passengers with professionalism, accuracy, and appropriate urgency.
  •      Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, including correct billing and transaction documentation (location specific).
  •      Identify and act on opportunities to upsell services, contributing to revenue at the assigned location.
  •      Represent the Jet Access brand on the ramp through appearance, attitude, and every interaction with clients, vendors, and crew.

Package and Cargo Handling

  •      Sort, route, load, and unload packages and cargo from aircraft in accordance with safety guidelines and operational requirements.
  •      Verify cargo handling accuracy and coordinate with team members to prevent misdirection, damage, or delay.
  •      Maintain organized staging areas for cargo and packages, ensuring clear labeling, separation, and chain of custody.
  •      Communicate cargo and package status to the FBO Manager and relevant parties as required.
  •      Follow all applicable regulations and Jet Access procedures for handling sensitive, oversized, or time-critical cargo.

Facility Standards and Continuous Improvement

  •      Collaborate with FBO leadership to identify gaps in process, equipment, or training that impact safety or service delivery.
  •      Participate in seasonal readiness planning, ensuring the team and facility are prepared for high-demand periods and weather-driven operational demands.
  •      Support onboarding and skills development for new Line Service Technicians through hands-on coaching and consistent reinforcement of standards.
  •      Complete special projects and initiatives as needed, embracing opportunities to contribute to Jet Access’s continued growth and success.
