At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together.

Charles Schwab’s Marketing Technology Planning & Enablement (MTPE) organization defines and delivers a modern, scalable marketing ecosystem of capabilities, platforms, and solutions—so marketers can drive growth in an evolving digital landscape.

You will lead cross-marketing strategy, planning, and roadmap development for core and emerging marketing technology capabilities, including Generative AI programs and enablement solutions. Partnering with stakeholders across the enterprise, you’ll translate business needs into a prioritized roadmap and an actionable execution plan that delivers measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for Marketing Technology capabilities, with focus on developing a GenAI center of excellence for marketing
  • Lead cross-functional work to assess needs, prioritize initiatives, and improve marketer enablement across Retail, Advisor Services, and Workplace.
  • Partner with Technology to modernize and optimize the marketing tech stack and user experience.
  • Drive scale and efficiency by aligning data, process, and platforms to current and future marketing needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor—turning complexity into clear decisions, trade-offs, and direction.
  • Shape investments, vendor partnerships, and build/buy decisions with Technology and key stakeholders.
  • Establish governance to align stakeholders on roadmap, process, and prioritization.
  • Use data and insights to track performance, manage risk, and continuously improve key lifecycle capabilities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outcomes through a matrixed environment.

Required:

  • 10–15 years in marketing technology, program/product management, or related roles delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands-on AI enablement experience – particularly with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Writer AI a plus
  • Prior direct people leadership experience (hiring, performance management, coaching, and development).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate marketer needs into clear capability requirements and roadmaps.
  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations, with strong executive-level storytelling.
  • Challenger mindset: continuously improve scale, efficiency, and marketer experience.
  • Passion for marketing technology and enabling modern, high-impact marketing experiences.
