Butler Ford is a well-established and customer-focused automotive dealership committed to delivering exceptional service. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced detail Manager to join our team and contribute to maintaining the high standards of our vehicle presentation.


  Job Description:

  • Oversee all aspects of the vehicle detailing department, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality results. 
  • Supervise, train, and manage detailing staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and ongoing development. 
  • Ensure all new and pre-owned vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and detailed for display and customer delivery. 
  • Establish and enforce detailing standards to ensure vehicles consistently meet or exceed dealership expectations. 
  • Perform final quality inspections on completed vehicles and address any deficiencies promptly. 
  • Coordinate workflow between sales, service, and detailing teams to meet delivery timelines and operational goals. 
  • Maintain inventory of detailing supplies, equipment, and materials, ensuring proper usage and cost control. 
  • Implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall department performance. 
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper handling of detailing chemicals and equipment. 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive detailing, with prior supervisory or management experience preferred. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a team effectively. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. 
  • In-depth knowledge of detailing techniques, products, and equipment. 
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment.      
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
