Residential Med Tech Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Med Tech to assist with daily care activities, monitor the health and well-being of residents, and report any concerns to the nursing staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Residential Med Tech Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily care activities, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Monitor the health and well-being of residents, reporting any concerns to the nursing staff

• Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner

• Collaborate with the nursing staff to implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Participate in resident activities and events

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

Residential Med Tech Requirements:

• Prior experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply!)
