This position will be located at our Portland, OR office.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting research and developing narrative reports and graphics for system planning, master planning, economic analysis, and environmental review projects
- Leading the development of planning documents
- Providing QA/QC on documents
- Assisting with the management of airport planning and environmental projects
- Engaging in business development activities
- Interacting with clients and regulatory agencies including presenting on project findings
Occasional travel and a valid driver’s license will be required.
The successful candidate must have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in urban planning, or related field from an accredited college or university -AND- at least four (4) years of relevant planning experience
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:
- Experience with airport master plans, airport layout plans, or airport specific planning studies
- Proficient in researching and data analysis
- Excellent writing proficiency
- Environmental / sustainability / resilience planning
- Stakeholder engagement activities
- Project management
- Professional certification (i.e. AICP, AAAE CM, LEED, PE, etc.)

Salary Range: $76,000 to $96,000 – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
