- Perform a variety of duties involving guest contact and delivering high standards of service in an airport airline environment
- Must be able to communicate well in a one-on-one environment while maximizing guest satisfaction
- Must be able to read and interpret all online and manual reference material
- Assist guests with quoting airfares and schedules, booking reservations, issuing tickets, tagging baggage and check-in flights
- Resolve complicated travel itineraries
- Acknowledge and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Passport and visa handling and inspection
- Well organized, articulate, dependable, punctual, and reliable.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Communicate via radio, fax, phones in a professional manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

- Ability to speak and understand English professionally

- Strong self-organization and self-management skills, with an emphasis on self-initiation and follow through
- Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods of time
- Must be professional appearance and adhere to company grooming/uniform policy
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends, and be able to report to work on a regular and timely basis
- Requires flexibility to work additional hours beyond the regular shift, on short notice, and as needed during irregular operations.
