SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Production Flow Assistant is responsible for performing essential support tasks that keep production operations running efficiently. This role focuses on general labor and miscellaneous duties that enable the core Production Team to concentrate on their primary responsibilities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Collect, sort, and dispose of waste and scrap.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in production areas.
- Operate evaporators for waste handling.
- Assist with kits, packaging, and materials.
- Replenish supplies and consumables.
- Transport materials and finished goods.
- Support supervisors and daily operations.
- Assist with safety walk-throughs and report issues.
- Support packaging, kitting, and production tasks.
- Participate in Lean initiatives and improvement efforts
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Meet objective goals assigned during performance coaching.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to acknowledge:
- Ability to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell.
- Prolonged standing required; must be able to manipulate and assemble small parts.
- Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to meet requirements for respirator use including medical evaluation and fit testing.
- Ability to meet respirator use requirements, including maintaining a clean seal between the face and respirator, and completing medical evaluation and fit testing.
- Frequently lift/move 25 lbs.; occasionally lift/move 65 lbs; push/pull up to 70 lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position operates in a manufacturing environment and will be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in this work environment can be loud.
