What Will You Do?
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism while accommodating special requests whenever feasible
Remain proficient in all programs required to manage hotel and residential desk needs
Hold accountability for resolving customer complaints and assisting customers in all inquiries regarding our services, hours of operation, key personnel, in house events, and directions
Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and Level practices
Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check-in and check-out, log maintenance requests, and complete audit procedures
Communicate any relevant feedback from guest and/or other departments with the Guest Service Manager
Coordinate the arrival of vendors, guests, deliveries, and prospects, and assist with directing them to appropriate departments and locations on-site and in the parking garage
Process packages, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.
Coordinate the storage room by storing and retrieving guest luggage and packages
Provide basic trouble-shooting support for in-room hotel services such as Internet, TV, and movies
Communicate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that the needs of guests are prioritized to provide the best guest experience possible
What You Bring:
High School Degree or equivalent
Front Office/Concierge experience in hotel, residential or customer focused industry
Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows required
Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills for team and guest interactions
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and high volume environment
Ability to work well within a team.
Salary Range:
$21-23 per hour
