    POSITION:    Occupational Therapist, 1.0 FTE

     

    LOCATION:    TCU District Wide

        Tri-City United Schools serves the communities of Le Center, Lonsdale, & Montgomery

     

    STARTING DATE:    2026-2027 School Year, first day of new teacher workshop is August 25, 2026

    SALARY:    $45,500-$75,125 based on qualifications and years of experience

    BENEFITS:    Retirement and paid time off    

    REPORTS TO:    Director of Special Services

    LICENSURE:    Current Occupational Therapist License through the Minnesota Department of Health

     

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:

    - Knowledge of occupational therapy principles, equipment, and programs related to occupational therapy.

    - Collaborate with students, parents/guardians, and staff to support educational programming.

    - Utilize best practice strategies to provide services to students according to established plans.

    - Assist other staff with the use of various technology, sensory programs, and equipment related to student needs. 

    - Complete assessments and assist with data collection/skill monitoring for individualized education plans

    - Understand and promote school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program within our schools
