🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to prepare accurate project cost estimates

  • Analyze labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor needs

  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and engineers to ensure scope is captured

  • Research and source material and equipment pricing

  • Prepare proposals, bid packages, and supporting documentation for clients

  • Support business development and strategic planning by providing insights on project costs and risks

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

✔ Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction methods
✔ Experience in estimating for commercial, industrial, or institutional electrical projects
✔ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
✔ Excellent communication and organization skills
✔ Proficiency with estimating software (preferred) and Microsoft Office
✔ Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
